Near the end of winter, on a very chilly day, we went on a Friday date!
First, we went to the Air and Space Museum!
Then of course we had beers!
We basically had to run from place to place because it was ungodly cold.
We also went to the National Gallery of Art, my favorite of DC’s Smithsonian museums.
After the museum, we meandered through downtown and I managed to strike gold! I’ve been on the lookout for Spencer, but hadn’t come across it until now.
Finally, Spencer Trappist Ale from Spencer Brewery up in Massachusetts. It’s America’s first Trappist beer.
This was the cherry on top of a very good date night!
